We are living longer nowadays and have much more time to enjoy ourselves when we are older. There are things you can do to help make the most of your life by keeping well and healthy.

It is never too late to change your lifestyle and routines!  There is a range of classes and clinics at your local health centre that can give you advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle.  If you are in a group – why not get your local health worker along to give you some advice. Getting regular check ups including eye and dental appointments can also make a huge difference to your life.
